As you have probably already heard, Justen Overlander and Beverly Holloway have made an amazing addition to The Shift team.
The announcement was made on The Shift's Livestream this past Wednesday and we are so thrilled to hear of this incredible news! For some, who may not be aware of who these two are, even though I don't know how that is possible, here is a little bit about them.
Justen Overlander is a former teacher and basketball coach. He started his acting and screenwriting careers in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he worked on a number of award-winning productions. He now makes his home in the greater Los Angeles area.
He is passionate about a number of charitable causes and advocates mentorship for children who need positive male role models
Justen was the Associate Producer on The Chosen for the first two seasons. However, he wore many hats and even played the Roman Messenger in the episode, "Indescribable Compassion". Now taking on the role of Co-Producer on the Shift he will be giving us behind-the-scenes looks, hosting live streams, and more.
Beverly Holloway is known for I Can Only Imagine (2018), The Ultimate Gift (2006), and my personal favorite, Moms' Night Out (2014), and of course The Chosen
Let me tell you if you are a mom, "Mom's Night Out" is a MUST-see! Every mom will relate to this movie in one way or another, that's what makes it amazing!
Beverly was a runner-up for "Favorite LA film/TV Casting Director" in 2007 as voted by the readers of Backstage Magazine in their annual "Readers Choice Awards.".
With over 100 casts for film and television projects, Beverly makes a wonderful addition to The Shift team.
